Initial Satisfaction Warranty: Wedding Ring Guru offers incredible warranty protection for there customers! Most of our products are covered under our 21 day satisfaction guarantee. “See our product descriptions for warranty details” If you receive the product and are not happy for any reason, please return it within the warranty duration with no questions asked ! If your returning your ring or rings or they don't fit properly please contact us by phone or email and request a ring exchange / refund form. Your warranty is active at the moment you receive the ring(s) and will expire based on the duration of the product warranty itself. Any alterations or custom engravings will void your Initial Warranty. You must be the “owner” of the ring and must have your order number available for all returns and exchanges.



Lifetime Warranty: We also offer life time warranty on selected rings. All of our Tungsten rings are covered by our lifetime warranty and can be exchanged for same style ring at any time. Our life time warranty was created with you in mind.. We created this program because Tungsten Carbide rings are made from an extremely hard metal and can not be sized by jewelers. All damages caused by manufacturer defects will be honored under this program. We also understand that our bodies change so we want to give you the option to either size down or size up with no hassle. Whatever it might be the Guru's got your back ! We also cover all rings that have to be removed for medical emergencies. You must be the “owner” of the ring and must have your order number available upon request for all exchanges under this program.

Any alterations not done by Wedding Ring Guru or excessive “Intentional” damage will void your life time warranty and will not be honored.

All size exchanges must be in stock and must be non-discontinued styles. All exchanged rings will not be covered under the initial customer satisfaction warranty policy of the initial product purchase.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping fee's on returns and exchanges both under the initial product warranty and our life time warranty program. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee upon return.

Wedding Ring Guru reserves the right to refuse any damaged merchandise for return or exchange.
